This software was developed using the CORE HL7 API, a set of Visual Studio class libraries compiled for both the Microsoft .Net Framework as well as Microsoft .Net 5 and higher. There are 4 license levels available to purchase. All licenses have an "initial" purchase cost for the first license with additional licenses at a greatly reduced "runtime" license cost.

CORE HL7 Base. A library with the full range of expected functionality for reading, creating, and manipulating HL7 v2.xx messages. HL7 messaging also includes easy to use objects for consuming HL7 data files and even entire folders of HL7 data. The CORE HL7 Base license is included with all of the other 3 licenses. |

CORE HL7 Inbound. Want to create your own HL7 TCP/IP MLLP Listener solutions but you don't need to send outbound messages? This is the license for you. This scenario is very common because worldwide there are many more HL7 consumers than there are HL7 producers. With CORE HL7 you don't pay for what you don't need. You can create HL7 Listener solutions that process your inbound HL7 messages in "real time" as they arrive. This is the API we use to create our UltraPort HL7 Listener and CORE HL7 Listener products. |

CORE HL7 Outbound. Do you need to create your own HL7 TCP/IP Sender solutions but you don't need to receive inbound messages? This is the license for you. With CORE HL7 you don't pay for what you don't need, so if you don't need the ability to create a Listener solution, you don't have to pay for that ability.
