•MS Windows Operating System. Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2008 or higher
•Appropriate .Net Framework (either 4.6.2 or 4.7.2) if creating .Net Framework applications
•Appropriate Microsoft .Net environment (either .Net 5 or .Net 6, .Net 7 coming soon) if creating .Net Applications. (NOTE: You will need the .Net for Windows desktop to use the CORE HL7 Dialogs).
•Microsoft Visual Studio capable of creating applications targeting whichever platform you wish (IE .Net Framework or Microsoft .Net). These libraries were created with Microsoft Visual Studio 2022.
