When a Listener Session has ended and your results have been compiled you have the option of exporting your results.

 

 

 

Clicking the Export Results button will bring up the Export Window.

 

 

Exporting your Listener Session results is as easy as completing this simple form and then clicking the Export Results button. NOTE: The Export Results button will be disabled until you have completed the form with enough information to create the output file(s).

 

Stepping through the form.

 

 

In part 1 of the form (highlighted above) you choose what you wish to export, the HL7 messages you received OR the HL7 Acknowledgements your listener returned. If there were NO acknowledgements returned the "Listener Responses" option will be disabled.

 

 

In part 2 of the form (highlighted above) you choose how you want to export your result(s). Do you want to create a separate file for each result? Or do you want to create only 1 file containing ALL of your results?

 

IF you are exporting HL7 Messages (from part 1) AND you received messages which were flagged as 'Malformed' the Include Messages Flagged as 'Malformed' box will be enabled. If there were NO 'Malformed' messages received OR you are exporting Listener Responses (from part 1) this option will be disabled.

 

 

 

In part 3 of the form (highlighted above) you choose the folder where you want to export your result(s). To choose a folder you just click the  button OR you can double click in the Export Folder field. This area will also show you what the naming convention will be for the file(s) created when you click the Export Results button.

 

 

After completing the form click the Export Results button.
